Return Policy: 

You may return most new, unopened items within (10) calendar days of delivery for a refund. 

To initiate a return, please call Customer Service at 636-517-1091. 

All returnable items must be received in their original packaging, with all contents.  

Please ship items in a new box, do not put labels directly on the product box. Use your preferred carrier, at buyers expense, to ship your return to the return address listed on your invoice with the attention to “Returns”.  Please include a copy of your invoice or reference your invoice number for quicker handling.  

 The following items are not returnable:

  • Flash 
  • Magazines 
  • DVD’s 
  • Ink 
  • Apparel 
  • Tattoo machines 
  • Thermal imagers 
  • Sterilizers 
  • Shop furniture 
  • Any Sterile products  
In the unlikely event that your product is defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Department at 636-517-1091 for assistance. We will not accept any warranty repairs or exchanges without prior notification and agreement. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping for warranty work and returns.
