We do NOTship to P.O. Boxes, a physical address must be provided.
All orders placed after 3:00pm CST will be shipped out the next business day. Please note Saturday and Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. We are not responsible for items which show as delivered according to the shipper but were intercepted by 3rd parties at your location.
Refused Shipments:
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.
Address Correction:
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may accrue if the delivery address is not correct. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the delivery address and billing information after placing an order.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. No returns or refunds on any products, no exceptions. All power supplies and machines come with a 30 day warranty if the unit is defective. Defective devices can be repaired or exchanged only with the original reciept from the purchase. We will not accept any warrenty repairs or exchanges without prior notification and agreement. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping for warrenty work.
