Shipping Policy
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.F.O Boxes, a physical address must be provided.
All orders placed after 3:00pm CST will be shipped out the next business day. Please note Saturday and Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days.
There is a 15% restocking fee that may be applied to cancelled orders after 24 hours of placing your order or on shipments returned by the shipping company for non-delivery. We are not responsible for items which show as delivered according to the shipper but were intercepted by 3rd parties at your location. You have the option of insuring the shipment to avoid this issue.
Return Policy
All sales are final. No returns or refunds on any products, no exceptions. All power supplies and machines come with a 30 day warranty if the unit is defective. Defective devices can be repaired or exchanged only with the original reciept from the purchase. We will not accept any warrenty repairs or exchanges without prior notification and agreement. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
