Shipping Policy:
We do NOT ship to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO), a physical address must be provided. 
For security reasons, we will only ship to the billing address of the card provided for payment.
Please note that the delivery estimates do not include processing time. All orders take an estimated 3-5 days to process, and fill before they are shipped out. Backordered items may increase the wait time before the package ships out. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Packages are not delivered on weekends or holidays. 
Signature Option:
We are not responsible for items which show as delivered according to the shipper but were intercepted by 3rd parties at your location. Shipping carriers can also deny any responsibility if your package indicates that it was delivered, but did not reach you. This option protects you and your package from shipping errors and liability. The signature option is available to all United States addresses, both residential and business. For international orders, the signature option is exclusively required.
Refused Shipments:
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.

Address Correction:
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may accrue if the delivery address is not correct. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the delivery address and billing information before placing an order.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
